MONTESPAN..INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup grated cheese1/2 lb of ground beef3 small pawpaws2 onions1 cup tomato sauce1 Bermuda tomato thinly slicedbread crumbs for topping

DIRECTIONS: 
1. Cook pawpaws until soft. Mash, season and set aside.
2. Cook meat mixture. Sautee sliced onions, beef and tomato sauce until done. 
3. Assemble casserole- start with layer of mashed paw paw in baking dish then top with meat ,mxture, sliced tomatoes and chesse. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. 
4. Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and cook in oven for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
